Does Astro provide lighting scheme designs?

Lighting-scheme design is a very specialised service, and it is not something we are qualified to do. Please contact your retailer or contractor who may be able to recommend a scheme designer to you.

Can you supply LED drivers?

We supply separate LED drivers for all products that require them. Please contact us on toll free 1.800.240.7071 for further information.

Can I use a specific dimming module with your dimmable products?

We are unable to test each product / LED Driver / Lamp with every possible dimming module on the market. We recommend you contact the manufacturer of the dimmer for them to advise on compatibility. Product and Driver datasheets are available to download from our website.

What appliances can I plug into a shaver-socket?

The shaver sockets in our products are all separated from the mains by a safety isolating transformer. As a result, they are suitable only for electric shavers and toothbrushes, including re-chargeable versions of these. They are not suitable for higher power appliances, such as hair dryers.

Where can I find out about fixing holes and cable-entry points?

Where available please refer to the datasheet on the website for information regarding the positions of fixing screw holes and cable-entry points. The drawings showing the fixing holes are all viewed from the front elevation of the product. Should this information not be available please contact us on toll free number 1.800.240.7071

What is your returns policy?

If you are an end-user and have received a faulty product, please contact your point of purchase who should arrange a replacement for you.

If you are a direct Astro customer, please contact our sales department by emailing [email protected] and they will arrange a credit or replacement. Returns, whether for faulty goods or unwanted stock, will only be accepted by prior agreement (a Returns Reference Number will be issued if approved).

Please note that Astro reserves the right to grant or refuse returns on any orders whatsoever at its sole and exclusive discretion. Non-faulty goods must be returned at customer's own cost, and if received back in a re-saleable condition (including original packaging) will be credited less 30% re-stocking charge.
